Chase’s passion is keeping kids safe in schools and developing leaders to change the world.  He has served as a law enforcement officer keeping schools safe for over 11 years.  Chase has served in various capacities from school resource officer, school safety coordinator, Chief of police, INSROA Board President, Instructor for the National Association of School Resource Officers.  In addition to serving as the Executive Director for INSROA, Chase works in the private sector as a consultant helping schools establish SRO programs and an account executive helping districts build safe environments through integrated technology solutions.

Chase has started two school corporation police departments where he earned honors such as Marion County Crime Fighter of the Year, INSROA Distinguished Service Award, and NASRO Instructor of the Year.

Chase is an Indiana School Safety Specialist, INSROA Master SRO and NASRO Practitioner.  He also serves on the School Board for the MSD of Decatur Township and coaches high school football.  Chase loves kids and making communities better.
